Why are Harley Davidson customers so devoted to the brand, they’ll even get Harley’s logo tattooed on their body?
Well. It’s because they understand & believe in Harley’s ‘WHY’.
Harley Davidson has spent much time to fully understand ‘WHY’ they do what they do & it’s not to have the best or fastest motorbikes either.
Harley Davidson’s ‘WHY’. Is to fulfill dreams of personal freedom. They take it extremely seriously too & make sure this message is crystal clear in all communications.
Whilst freedom means different things to different people. It’s a bond (their WHY) that brings Harley Davidson customers, employees, dealers, & suppliers together. To the point of being enthusiasts.
Most other organisations though. Are faced with trying to differentiate themselves in a crowded market & if they don’t. They just become a commodity. No matter what they do or how they do it.
